Second, just do light exercise like gymnastics or jogging. Avoid competitive or high impact sports. Finally, choose the best time, which is 30-60 minutes before opening and 60 minutes after breaking. 


5. Avoid Caffeinated Drinks during Sahur 


Caffeinated beverages such as coffee, tea and soft drinks should be avoided at dawn. Not without reason, caffeinated beverages are diuretic which means it can increase urine secretion or urination. As a result the body will quickly dehydrate. If you want to enjoy it, just drink it when breaking.
